Our Mission

Just as a house is built upon a solid foundation, the Fort Collins Housing Authority is built upon its mission: To provide and promote safe and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a living environment free from discrimination.

To achieve this mission, all FCHA functions are operated with attention paid to a triple bottom line:

1) Maintaining the fiscal viability of the organization.
2) Achieving a social goal through the provision of affordable housing and supportive services.
3) Achieving environmental sustainability.
